Parviz isn’t naïve about how much it would cost to bring it back to life. “It’s going to take time and money, that’s for sure,” she says, adding that investors wanting to renovate the theater would be welcome. Parviz is offering a variety of dance classes, including parent and child, creative ballet and jazz and hip-hop; as well as acting classes. Fitness offerings include belly boogie cardio dance and body band stretch. As an incentive, Parviz offers newcomers a free session in any of the group classes.
